Very sweet little skirts that can be worn at the navel or a little lower. They stop above the knee on most women.
They have 6 buttons and a back zipper.
Fabric is woven Gabardine Polyester - (gabardine is a weave that creates a diagonal twill on the surface of the fabric).
These are thin enough not to be hot, but thick enough to hold their shape.
The design is meant to hug your waist and hips. It has two darts in the back that make it fitted to the top of your rump, but hang almost straight down from there, creating a very flattering look.
Very easy care Polyester - Machine Washable!
They have almost a "kick-pleat" effect to them when they hang.
Because of the construction - if you're not into sailor skirts you can remove the buttons and it will look like an ordinary (adorable) skirt... (Naomi Uyama confided in us that nobody will be able to tell that she's wearing our skirt when she competes because she cut the buttons off!) (If you don't now who Naomi is, you don't go to many big Lindy weekend events).

than unwashed). Back is a bit longer than listed length because
this skirt is so fitted above the rump. ALL MEASUREMENTS
ARE APPROXIMATE.
NOTE: These ride at or just below below your natural waist (about at the navel) - they are made to hug your hips and they have quite a bit of stretch - about 4-8" - so you don't have to worry too much about perfect sizing.
