When you swivel or spin and stop it does the very cool thing of wraping around you for a second then dropping back down to normal. Makes your switches absolutely deadly.

The material is a stretchy fabric that has a bit of weight to it and a fine matte finish.
One absolutely terrific feature of this piece is that when you spin, the skirt does not come up like a circle skirt - so they can't see your tush!
Because it has flared panels, the hip is quite roomy - but it doesn't look it because the skirt drapes so nicely.
